Cutting systems
VOSTA LMG supplies modern cutter heads with the latest state of the art cutting systems for all applications (rock, mixed soils, sand and clay) in all sizes (from back ring ID 600 mm up to 3200 mm) and all cutter powers (from 15 kW up to 6000 kW). Due to the unique design they are the most cost-effective cutter heads available and can be custom designed to fit on any existing dredger.
Coupling systems
Without a proper coupling system, efficient dredge results are unlikely. Secure couplings play an important role in all dredging operations. VOSTA LMG has invested in research and development associated with its range of compatible, technically advanced coupling systems. Fast coupling and uncoupling of floating pipelines, even in heavy weather, is assured.
Dredge pumps
VOSTA LMG's dredge pump designs are optimized by CFD (computer fluid dynamics). This ensures the highest pump efficiency at maximum sphere clearances. Modern dredge pumps also mean modern wear-resistant materials. The wet parts are made of extremely hard and wear-resistant materials, improving the life-time and maintenance intervals.

Dragheads
VOSTA LMG dragheads are designed in a modular setup so that the main body can be fitted with different types of visor. This means that the draghead can easily be converted into the required type for the soil that needs to be dredged, without the need for an entirely new unit.
