On September 24^th VOSTA LMG and INAI KIARA SDN BHD have entered into a co-operation agreement to combine their resources and expertise for the purposes of the construction of dredging equipment to be undertaken by INAI KIARA.

As to date VOSTA LMG agrees to supply engineering and/ or components packages for the following vessels with a delivery period from 2010-2013:

            ·         two units of TSHD’s with hopper capacities each 7,200 cubic meters;

·         one unit of TSHD with a hopper capacity of 15,000 cubic meters;

·         one unit of TSHD with a hopper capacity of 32,000 cubic meters;

·         two units of CSD 750S with a total installation power of 11,000 KW.

INAI KIARA and VOSTA LMG further agree that INAI KIARA shall have the option for a total of four additional vessels with the following specification:

·         one unit of TSHD with a hopper capacity of 32,000 cubic meters;

·         one unit of TSHD with a hopper capacity of 15,000 cubic meters;

·         one unit of self propelled CSD with approximately 4,000 KW cutting force;

·         one unit of CSD 750S with a total installation power of 11,000 KW.

INAI KIARA and VOSTA LMG are now starting a strategic long term co-operation for their mutual benefit with efficient project planning and in time project realization. However, they stay totally independent and no joint venture or similar is planned. INAI KIARA is a major dredge operator and expands. VOSTA LMG provides international project management and procurement services in connection with the sales of its internationally sourced products.
