The lower straight pipe piece is fixed between the turning gland and draghead of the side suction pipe. Length of the lower pipe piece will vary according to the dredging depth.

The standard range of straight pipe are DN 600 up to DN 1000. Any other suction diameter and jet water diameter can be designed.
